1. According to the properties of synthetic detergents, they all contain a certain proportion of surfactants, which play a major role in cleaning. In addition to a reasonable dosage, various types of detergents also need to have a reasonable temperature; And for anionic surfactant detergents, if selected above 60 ° C, their cleaning power significantly increases; When the temperature is below 60 ° C, the change in temperature has little effect on the cleaning power. Therefore, mastering the use of detergents and reasonable washing temperature can improve the utilization rate of detergents. Of course, when selecting the washing temperature for a fully automatic washing machine, the temperature that the washed object can withstand should also be considered.
2. According to the nature of the washed fabric, each type of fabric has a certain tolerance to washing temperature, and exceeding it can cause adverse consequences. The higher the washing temperature of pure cotton fabric, the more helpful it is for stain removal without any adverse consequences; The washing temperature tolerance of synthetic fabrics should be controlled below 50 ° C. If it is higher than 60 ° C, it is easy to cause wrinkles; The washing temperature for light colored fabrics is best controlled at around 40 ° C, while dark colored clothing is best washed at room temperature.
3. According to the condition of the dirt: The dirt has a certain tolerance for temperature and a certain optimal cleaning temperature. If the washing temperature is higher than its tolerance, it will accelerate its denaturation, making it more difficult to clean. For example, in the initial washing stage of removing protein dirt from fabrics, the temperature should be selected at 38 ° C. Excessive temperature can cause protein denaturation and coagulation, making it difficult to remove. The oily dirt on the fabric can be removed if the washing temperature of the fully automatic washing machine is too low (such as 40 ° C), which can affect the removal of dirt. The higher the temperature (such as 85 ° C), the more helpful it is in removing it. For those mixed types of dirt, it is necessary to first remove low temperature resistant dirt at an appropriate washing temperature, and then gradually increase the temperature to remove high temperature resistant dirt.
