1. Before using the dry cleaning machine every day, various switches, pipelines, transmission belts, etc. should be inspected and the machine should be wiped.
2. Turn on the main power switch, turn on the internal power switch, turn on the water supply switch and compressed air switch.
3. Open the steam valve (half way), press the control button of the drying steam solenoid valve and open the steam switch of the distillation cylinder at the same time, then open the steam bypass valve for about 5-10 minutes. After the accumulated water in the pipeline and the heat exchanger inside the machine is drained, fully open the steam valve and close the bypass valve at the same time. Reset the control key of the steam solenoid valve. Turn off the steam switch of the distillation cylinder.
4. Check if all the function control keys on the panel are working properly, and observe if all the pneumatic valves inside the machine are working properly.
5. The washing capacity of clothing and fabric is 70-80% of the designed capacity of the machine. For fluffy clothes, this cannot be used as a standard. It is measured by the normal movement of the drum in the machine when the clothes are soaked in dry cleaning solvent.
6. When using the control card, it should be moved in and out gently, and not forcefully pulled. If operated manually, each button should be lightly touched and pressed, and the action should not be too rapid.
7. Appropriate control cards should be selected for the corresponding detergent. If a microcomputer controlled dry cleaning machine is used, choose a suitable program. Before starting up, it is important to inspect thoroughly to avoid wasting time and even causing unexpected consequences.
8. When manually operating the washing process, attention should be paid to controlling the time and adjusting the drying temperature during each step.
